After the recent bout of wintery weather this week, I managed to get out tonight and run in some fading sunshine. That’s session 6.2 of #CouchTo5K completed – 2x10 minute jogging sessions, split with 3 minutes walking. It went well. I’m still feeling good. Hips and knees a little sore but otherwise ok.
